Yes — for customers in the EU, United States, and Canada, all taxes and VAT are included in the price you see. You won’t be charged anything extra upon delivery.

If you're in the UK, VAT is not included at checkout. However, our UK prices are automatically reduced by 20% compared to the EU, US and Canada, since you may need to pay import VAT and a small handling fee charged by your local courier when the package arrives.

We offer a 30-day return policy. This means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and include proof of purchase.

If you're in the EU, you also have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason under the EU cooling-off period.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you about the approval status.
